You can join as many syndicates as you like. To join, you sign a one-time agreement on the carry fee set by the lead.

Invest alongside the lead
When the lead shares a deal, you decide yourself whether and how much to invest, fully digitally and without a notary, directly in the startup. Our equity profit participation rights put you on an equal economic footing with the shareholders.

Secondary market: an option for early liquidity
If the startup enables it, you can sell your equity profit participation rights on beel's secondary market. This gives you the option of early liquidity without having to wait for an exit.
